Garage sale at the house one down across the road. Peoples working on the house next door. This means there are quite a few cars in the street -_-

Oh and I am supposed to mow the lawn soon. I kinda feel bad already for all the noise I'm about to make but considering all the cars getting up and down the street, it won't be too bad I think.

Plus may/should deter people from parking out the front of my place >.>

If you have a smoke alarm going off because you're shit at cooking or whatever and it's a regular thing, say every other morning, you'd really be wanting to have a 'make the fucker stop' plan, right? Cos the one that does go off every other day just went off for 18 minutes. People who own said alarm - you suck!

I mean that in the nicest way too because hey, least we know it is working. Battery better not be flat by the time they really need to have it working.

Gotta do shit today -_- Like go out and blind people with my brand new whiter than white sneakers :D

Bloody bank was busy yesterday during my lunch half hour so I have a bill to go and pay. And I have to putter into work and pic up some carpet sprinkle stuff.

Things I do for the cat.

To do today/tomorrow:
- pay 2 bills
- wash/vacuum floors
- mow as much of the lawn as i can
- write a couple drabbles
- do general housework things
- attempt sewing?

That last one is a if I feel up to it. Cosplaying Hibari and I want to make myself a Roll. I have those plushie beads things coming in the post. He's gonna be so cute!

Less than a week to go and then 2 WEEKS OFF! Can't wait. And with the day before being a public holiday, I'll be all packed and ready to go. I'll just need to survive Thursday at work and then get on the bus. After that everything else will take care of itself. By the time I get to Kenderlyn's house I'll have been up 19 hours.

Felt right perky yesterday. Best I've been all week. Sadly due to a not so good sleep I'm all brain dead this morning. Gnome can't brain today, come back tomorrow ;P Also now have some Vit Bs happening now. It seems each week I get a new vitamin to add to the pile >.> But they're doing me good so it's okay.

Ooooh I hear someone else mowing. Today is the day to do it!

quickie update that is actually comm promotion -

kh_100 is having its first past prompts round. there are fifty prompts to choose from...not to mention the hundred or so suggestions for the cliches prompts alone XD seriously how can you not want to do something with a list like this.

come write something! or come and read and comment on some of the things that have been written. you comment may encourage a drabble to become a fully fledge fic that consumes all!

oh and i write for the in-between team cos that's how i roll ;P

Of course I've request Legacy of Kain. I'm rather predictable like that. Especially when given only one submission choice. Really makes you think about what one single fandom you'd like to see something from. But considering the amount of old prompts on the free-for-all list and the once I have saved from way back in the day, it's all good. The choice wasn't all that hard either really considering I listen to the LoK voice sessions every other day. I've found them...soothing? *is weird* XD

But yes, come drop off a prompt, you don't have to write something if you don't want to or you could totally write your own prompt seeing as there's no guarantees it will be grabbed by someone. Hell I've been tempted to write mine the moment I thought of it. But I'd like to see what someone else would do with it too.

In other news I'm doing vague housework in the form of the washing machine is going :) I do have a few other things that I really should do today and I'll likely get to them once I post this.

Still trying to decide on which Suikoden girl cosplay to make. Too many characters that are shiny.

Probably should go for a walk too. Preferably before school lets out and before it decides it wants to rain.

Sitting here looking about the internets and thinking about how bored I am. This means one thing and one thing only:

IT IS TIME TO START WORKING ON COSPLAY!

Not tonight though because I have a lap full of warm kitteh and I don't want to disturb him in his apparently much needed lap lounging time. So I'll be watching anime shortly :)

I have the round table. And yes mum and I snicker each and every time we say the round table. We are easily amused ^^; But yes the table is here because it is taller and bigger than my table and in order to work on cosplay I need to be comfortable.

Am seriously considering dropping doing Psyche version Izaya. I have nothing for him yet, no fabric/patterns/wig/shoes/props whereas I have everything for Lucretia...well bar the wig and the book. I have feathers for the fan and all the fabric and footwear. Plus omg girl!cosplay XDD And with how many layers she has going on, it'll be a very good idea to get her started.

That means cosplays for this year would be Hibari, Hitsugaya and Lucretia. Good combo I'm thinking. Psyche can wait for another year.

-_- Bloody JWs just called in. I had to go put on a bra before I went out to talk to them. Nice-ish young lads. Making the rounds inviting people to the Passover. I think I kinda made them go huh? that I knew what was going on. If it had been adults they likely would have remembered me from years ago. The younger one asked me if I was religious and I told him I studied when I was younger. The other asked why not now and I said my interests are not compatible XD

Should have said I publish gay porn or something *evil grin*

Do need to phone I guess and tell them to put me onto the do not call list. I am seriously not interested.

Need to go vote today and do shitloads of housework. IT IS A CLEAR SUNNY DAY! Alas mum says it's supposed to be showers this afternoon so I'm madly washing towels now in the hope they'll dry a bit before it does come.

So I folded laundry while playing on youtube was all the cutscenes from Soul Reaver 2.

Then I hit this: defiance opening complete with Simon sitting there doing the lines

Well we all know I was lost for the rest of the evening as watching Defiance stuff became a must. Kain! KAIN!!!!

I've had a thought of what if there was a writing challenge where lines were taken from a game and only that game, people not told what game it was, and then see where it took them. Because some of the lines in LoK are just AWESOME! HELL MOST IF NOT ALL THE DAMN LINES IN THE DAMN GAME ARE BLOODY AWESOME!

Legacy of Kain is just such a thing of beauty *drools all over the games*

I know Emerald would so recognize the LoK if I did this writing idea...just as Kalli would pic the SR lines out if they were used.

And now I'm off to bed. I wanna make icons and lust roll about in the awesome that is the LoK series. Every time I listen/was stuff from this series I want to write. But what I want to write is definitely one perhaps two LoK fics away from where I left things.
